Due to the above reasons, miniaturized motor products have been widely used in the electronics manufacturing industry with their own advantages. One is due to its small size, more compact mechanical structure, and higher equipment integration; Secondly, the weight is light, and the inertia of the mechanism is small. Inertia is the value of inertia of an object's motion, which is proportional to the mass of the object. Inertia is an important indicator of a motor. In general, the smaller the inertia, the faster the response of the motor to start, accelerate and stop, and the easier it is to control the motion state. The use of the motor directly reduces the volume and weight of the processing unit of the electronic manufacturing equipment, and further improves the processing performance of the whole machine. At present, servo motors and stepper motors are widely used in general motion control products. In addition, there are some expensive voice coil motors and linear motors. Commonly used servo motor bases (motor size) are 40, 60 and 80. From the perspective of the body shape, only some end effectors with low space requirements can use 40-base servos, such as scribing or CCD inspection equipment. For devices with compact installation space and high integration, such as wafer sorting and chip mounting mechanisms, more Mini drive motors are required. Optional products are 28 (nema11), 20 (nema8), 14 (nema6) stepper motors. Although traditional stepper motor products are not as good as servo acceleration in a single machine, they have a wealth of sizes and specifications, and have many options. They will not shake when starting and stopping, and they do not need to be adjusted in motion according to changes in load. These advantages are conducive to the design and selection of equipment manufacturers, simplify motion control programming instructions, and facilitate on-site installation and debugging.
